LARKIN TO HOST MEMORIAL DAY PROGRAM WITH LT. GOV. HENDERSON
Remember the brave men and women who have defended our country’s freedoms
Larkin Mortuary will host its annual Memorial Day program on Monday, May 26, 2025 at 10:00 am at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road in Sandy, Utah.
The featured speaker will be Utah Lt. Governor Deidre M. Henderson. A flag ceremony will be conducted by the Hill Air Force Base Honor Guard. Additionally, patriotic music will be performed by Brian Stucki, the Minuteman Bass Quintet, and the Utah Firefighters Emerald Society.
Larkin Mortuary’s annual Memorial Day service commenced 26 years ago to help families honor their loved ones and military veterans who have passed. Services will include a flag ceremony, patriotic music featuring armed service songs representing each military branch, along with bagpipes and drum. Light refreshments will be served.
