Grief and the Holidays

Caring Connections

Caring Connections: A Hope and Comfort in Grief Program will hold its annual Grief and the Holidays event on November 19, 2019 from 7:00-8:30 p.m., at the University of Utah College of Nursing located on 10 South 2000 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84112. Grief and the Holidays is an opportunity for individuals to come together and cope with the loss of a family member or friend while keeping the memory of that loved one alive during the difficult holiday season. This year’s theme is “Loving through Life’s Challenges.” The program’s featured speaker is former NFL star Haloti Ngata (Baltimore Ravens); who will share the story of his grief in the passing of his parents. We also feature music by singer/songwriter Junior Maile. Grief and the Holidays is free and open to the public. For more information, call 801-585-9522.
