It has taken three years to get to this spot for the Corner Canyon girls soccer team, but the Chargers are finally at a point where the team isn’t younger than everyone they play.
But shortly after the season began, Sepulveda was lost for several weeks with appendix surgery.

A cursory look at Taylorsville High School football’s early season may seem like it is reverting back to the dark days of earlier this century. A closer look perhaps shows otherwise.
Hillcrest football was defeated by an average of 20 points in each of its first three games before a win. The Huskies did endure one of the most difficult non-region schedules in Utah in preparation for Region 6 play. That was the idea, Coach Travis Mehlhoff said.
