America250 is a nationwide celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary (America's Semiquincentennial) of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776. In Utah, the statewide initiative includes community events, historical commemorations and service projects intended to encourage civic participation and volunteerism.
