Salt Lake City - Charlene Albarran, the Democratic Nominee for Utah’s Second Congressional District, will be holding a press conference at the Utah Democratic Party Headquarters located on 825 N. 300 W. Suite C400. It will be held on Thursday, September 15th at 10am. She will be discussing her campaign and why Utah needs better representation.
