Day of the Dead celebration

Join us in Sugar House’s Hidden Hollow (1300 E. 2100 South) to celebrate Dia de los Muertos in the traditional style. Red Iguana is serving Mexican fare and a myriad of amusements abound, including live music from the salsa band Rumba Libre, sugar skull decorating, Calavera face painting, intuitive readers, and a silent auction featuring Love Baskets, each created in a loved one’s memory. Proceeds benefit The Sharing Place, a local nonprofit grief support organization for children, teens and their families. Tickets are $45 per person, 21 years of age and up, with a $10 college student discount.
